Day 4:Tsaatan-Reindeer herder's Tribe
The Tsaatan reindeer herders live in the remote taiga of northern Mongolia and are among the last reindeer-herding cultures in the world. Their lifestyle depends entirely on their reindeer for transport, food, and survival. Visitors can stay with Tsaatan families, learn about shamanistic traditions, and experience daily nomadic life. Reaching the area requires trekking or horseback riding, offering a true off-the-grid adventure.
Day 5:Tsaatan Reindeer Herders
We stay another day to learn more and explore the terrain more.
Day 6:Khuvsgul lake
Lake Khuvsgul, often referred to as the "Blue Pearl of Mongolia," is one of the largest and most pristine freshwater lakes in Asia. Located in northern Mongolia near the Siberian border, the lake stretches over 130 kilometers and is surrounded by the towering Khoridol Saridag Mountains. It contains nearly 70% of Mongolia’s fresh water and is considered sacred by the local people.
Day 7:Ice Festival
Ice Festival will take place on Khuvsgul lake when it's frozen. The festival include dog sled, horse sled, different kinds of traditional games, competitions etc.
Day 8:Ice Festival
There are going to be performances showcasing our tradition and nice music to enjoy. Throughout the festival you get to learn about Mongolia and you can interact with locals to learn more about them.
Day 9:Back to Bulgan
Return to Bulgan city to relax and take rest before we start our next journey.
Day 10:Khugnu Khan and Elsen Tasarkhai
Khugnu khan is in Central region of Mongolia, there are small differences in every parts of mongolia that you can learn about. Visiting a nomadic family might help you to understand more about their lifestyle and observe the differences from other regions.
Day 11:Hustai National Park
Hustai National Park is famous for Prezewalski wild horses and many other wild life you might catch a glance at.
Day 12:Eagle hunter Festival near By the Ulaanbaatar
You will have the opportunity to watch golden eagles in action as they compete with each other one by one demonstrating their hunting skills and returning to their handlers. There are going to be variety of different competitions that'll entertain you for sure.
Day 14:Closing ceremony of Eagle hunter festival
Closing ceremony of eagle hunter festival. Eagle hunters are mostly from very west of Mongolia which their traditional dress, music and ceremony significantly different from other regions. its a good opportunity to learn about them as well.
